ELSI’s Specially Appointed Associate Professor Tetsuhiro Hatakeyama.
Tetsuhiro Hatakeyama, ELSI’s Specially Appointed Associate Professor, received the inaugural ABA Young Investigator Award (YIA) from the Asian Biophysics Association (ABA).The award is given to an independent researcher, within 12 years of their PhD at the time of the award, who has made important and well-recognised contributions to biophysics.
Hatakeyama received an award certificate and honorarium on June 27 at the ABA Symposium at the 2024 IUPAB Congress held in Kyoto, where he presented a talk.
