The Japan Geoscience Union (JpGU) is an academic union that covers all the disciplines of Earth and planetary sciences and related fields, with about 10,000 individual members and about 50 domestic society members. Annually the organisation organises a conference that runs for six-days. The JpGU 2024 will be held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture for six days from May 26 to 31, 2024.
