Hiroya Takahashi received the ‘Best Student Poster Award’ for the ‘Inorganic Membrane Formation at Laminar Flow interface with Salinity Gradient’ poster from the International Association of Geochemistry. Takahashi is a first-year master’s course student at the Department of Chemical Science and Engineering, Tokyo Tech, supervised by ELSI Professor Ryuhei Nakamura.
The award was given at the 17th International Symposium on Water-Rock Interaction and the 14th International Symposium on Applied Isotope Geochemistry in Sendai, Tohoku University, Japan, which was held on 18-22 August 2023.
