ELSI’s Specially Appointed Assistant Tony Z. Jia was awarded the best general oral presentation at the 36th Annual Meeting of the Japan Society for Biological Sciences in Space. The society was established to promote academic research in astrobiological sciences and related fields, and to facilitate mutual and international communication among members. Jia received the award on the last day of the annual conference.
