Keigo Taniguchi
Keigo Taniguchi won the JpGU 2025 Outstanding Student Presentation Award. Japan Geoscience Union (JpGU) Meeting 2025 was held at Makuhari Messe from 25 to 30 May 2025. Taniguchi is a 3rd year doctoral student at ELSI and supervised by Professor Hidenori Genda.
His oral presentation title was ‘Simulating the effects of salinity on ocean planet climates with 3D AOGCM.’
‘I was able to win the award thanks to the advice from many people. I want to work harder on this research more than ever before, and I will continue to improve my presentation skills in order to express our research clearly,’ commented Taniguchi.
