Masahiro Noj with the award certificate
Masahiro Noj (a member of Naohiro Terasaka Lab) won the PSSJ Young Scientist Award at the 26th Annual Meeting of the Protein Science Society of Japan (PPSJ) held from 17 to 19 June 2026 at Tottori prefecture.
The PSSJ Young Scientist Award is awarded for outstanding research presentations by young researchers at the annual meeting, and Noji received the award for his presentation (both oral and poster) titled “Design and tuning of two-component protein tubular assemblies.”
‘This is my first time receiving an award at an academic conference, so I am very happy and honoured. This research could not have been completed without the assistance of my co-authors. I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to them once again,’ commented Noji.
