研究概要

ELSIで取り扱われる試料を分析するための、質量分析法を用いた分析技術開発を行います。エレクトロスプレーイオン化(ESI)では分析化合物や分析条件によって様々ンイオン種が観測されることがあり分子同定を難しくすることがありますが、イオン解離法(MS/MS)などを駆使し分子検出のための手法を探ります。
